He graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan Fujimori High School and comes from a family involved in the entertainment industry—his father, Kazuo Kamoshida, was a renowned suit actor in tokusatsu series like Kaiketsu Lion Maru and Tetsujin Tiger Seven.
