Eeva-Kaarina Volanen (January 15, 1921 Kuusankoski – January 27, 1999 Helsinki) was a Finnish actress. She worked at the Finnish National Theatre for 45 years (1945–1990). Her artistic record was extensive: she played the comedic Ingenue roles and successfully interpreted tragic roles such as Antigone. Volanen continued to act in retirement, in addition to which she performed as a speaker in her
