An Egyptian singer and actress, born in Mallawi, Minya Governorate. Her father worked as an artistic director for Fawzy Mounib's band, and her sister, Badiaa Sadek, was also a singer. Her most famous songs include "My Love, His Pampering Nature," "Oh Rose on Full Body and Jasmine," and "On Your Memory." She also acted and sang in several Egyptian films, including "The Mayor's Daughter" (1949),
